Program Structure / Application / Placement

Worlds of Wisdom and Wonder winter programs meet on Sunday afternoons from 2:00 to 4:30. Students enroll in two classes, each of which meets every Sunday for about 75 minutes.

Apply early! Download, print, and complete the application and mail it in with full tuition of $180. Please use regular first-class mail only, as students are placed according to the postmark dates of their applications-not the dates they're received.

Applications received without tuition will not be processed. Teacher recommendations, required of new students only, may be sent separately. We do not accept application online or by phone, fax, or e-mail.

Parents are notified of their child's enrollment status within two weeks after they apply or, if the student is new to our programs, after we receive his or her teacher recommendation. A week or two before each program begins, parents receive enrollment packets with their child's class schedule, parent seminar information, and maps.

Payment / Refunds / Withdrawls

Full tuition must accompany application. Make checks or money orders payable to: The Center for Gifted. For your convenience, we now accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Lab fees for the Robotics classes (if applicable) are payable on the first day of the program. If a student withdraws before the program begins, a $50 processing fee is retained. The remainder of tuition paid is refunded upon written request. There are no credits or refunds for withdrawing from a program after it begins. There are no credits or refunds for absences for any reason. There are no sibling discounts.
